I’m Pierce Bily, founder and CEO of B&B Cleans. With over 15 years in the industry, I’m passionate about creating spotless, comfortable living spaces for our clients. B&B Cleans started as a rental and cleaning service for corporate clients, and over time, I saw an opportunity to expand and specialize in apartment cleaning.
Our team is focused on quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction, and we’re proud to be a trusted name in apartment cleaning.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me at the beach with my wife and our daughter, on the golf course, or cheering on my alma mater where I played baseball, the University of Tennessee — Go Vols.

I’m Tanner Bily, Director of Operations at B&B Cleans. With a passion for organization and efficiency, I help ensure that our cleaning services run smoothly and meet the high standards we’re known for. My goal is to streamline our operations so that we can continue providing exceptional service to our clients, day in and day out.
When I’m not overseeing operations, you’ll also find me on the golf course—though let’s be real, I’m probably beating Pierce! I also played baseball at UC Davis – Go Aggies. Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and a father to a wonderful daughter. My family and I love spending time outdoors and making the most of every moment together.

We love pets and our cleaners look forward to seeing them at each visit as long as they are friendly and safe. If your pets don’t like strangers or if they are easily stressed, please keep them somewhere secure and out of the way on cleaning day.
